投资经理（偏法务,月薪2-3万）
Senior Investment Manager with legal expertise
1. Work as the legal specialist or lawyer , having experience in IPO, M&A, project financing, direct investment, or corporate M&A
2. 3 to 5 years experience in IPO, M&A, project financing, direct investment, or corporate M&A
3. Bachelor or above degree from tier 1 university, major of one degree in legal is a must
4. Strong oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
5. Strong drafting experience and capability
6. Candidates may come directly from a law firm or already be providing in-house legal support with preference from investment banks, private and equity capital and corporate M&A

投融资经理（月薪2-3万）
Senior Investment Manager with securities expertise
1. Investment manager with the solid IPO, M&A experience
2. At least took part in 3 projects of IPO or M&A as the person in charge
3. 5 years experience in IPO, M&A, project financing, direct investment, or corporate M&A,
4. Bachelor or above degree from tier 1 university.
5. Strong oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
6. Prefer from investment banking division in domestic securities companies

投资助理（月薪1万）
1. Experience in investment projects from valuation, due diligence, negotiation through transaction closing.
2. 1~3 years of IPO, M&A, project financing, direct investment, or corporate M&A experience, under 30 years old
3. Bachelor or above degree from tier 1 university
4. Strong oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
5. Strong writing skills and in Power Point presentation (*at least in one of the two)
