校招投递的是中信建投国际的IBD，刚刚收到电话调剂去了机构销售部。因为之前一直做的是内地一级股权实习，不太了解这个岗位。
1：请问下这个岗位面试是什么样子的呢？会问什么东西呢？

Position: Analyst, Institutional Sales and Trading


Responsibilities:
1. As part of the Institutional Sales team in Hong Kong Office,
2. Provide comprehensive institutional sales and business development support by working with senior institutional sales for the team,
3. Provide timely and quality solutions for institutional clients including client on-boarding to portfolio related issues,
4. Maintain high level of organization in a fast-paced environment to coordinate client research requests /analyst marketing/corporate roads/ field trips, etc
5. Identify cross selling opportunities and cultivate sound clients relationship;
6. Support client on-boarding and customization of pitching materials
